All state, county, and city sales tax are the vendor's responsibility, including for-profit and nonprofit organizations.

Event Logistics
Main Date: May 2,2026 (Rain or Shine)
Snow Backup Date: May 9, 2026
*Operating Hours: 10:30 am – 6:00 pm (Vendors MUST stay for the duration)
Setup Time: Begins at 9:00 am

 

Booth Requirements
Space: One 12’ x 12’ area per registration.
Equipment: You must provide your own tables, chairs, and tents.
Safety: Tents MUST have stakes or weights; unsecured tents will be removed. 
We will sell stakes on the day for $5 a piece. 
Size: If your setup exceeds 12' x 12', you must purchase additional adjacent spaces. No space sharing is allowed.

 

Rules & Regulations
Content: This is a family-friendly event. Organizers may be required to remove any material deemed inappropriate by the Cinco Committee.
Cleanup: You are responsible for hauling trash to bins. Failure to do so results in a **$100 cleaning fee.**
Taxes: Vendors are solely responsible for their own retail sales tax licenses and collections.

 

Refund Policy
Deadline Date: Refunds will be issued before April 29, 2026.
Fees: Please note that the Eventbrite Fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your total.
